Born and raised in upstate New York, I came to Alaska by way of the whale-watching industry, where my wife, Annie, worked as a guide. I lived and worked in Boston, Massachusetts, and Maui, Hawaii, before landing in the wonderful community of Juneau.

In school I studied Interactive Media, which appealed to my interests in programming and design. I have worked at small video game studios, as a contractor for web and e-commerce development, and more recently as an Analyst Programmer Supervisor for the State of Alaska Department of Health.

At Cedar Group, I have found the amazing opportunity to help grow our web development team, and blend my technical skills with the amazing design and marketing talents of my teammates. I am inspired to work with a group that cares deeply about their communities, and to serve clients within the uniquely challenging landscape of Southeast Alaska.
