Lia Morris 杨春风

Born in China and raised on the East Coast, I’ve always believed home could exist in more than one place. After graduating from university, I found my way to Juneau, where towering peaks, wild coastlines, and endless adventure convinced me to stay. I still travel often in search of new landscapes, cultures, and perspectives, but it’s the mountains that continue calling me back.

After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University, I found my path in destination marketing, where I got to share the places and people that make the world worth exploring. My work has taken me to incredible destinations around the world, from Guatemala to Iceland and beyond, allowing me to blend storytelling and strategy to inspire meaningful travel. I love creating work that supports local communities while helping visitors connect with a place in a lasting way.

As a Project Coordinator, I’m the connector between departments, clients, and the many moving pieces that bring a project to life. I love combining the shifting parts of each project, solving problems as they arise, and creating the structure that allows our team to do their best work.
